Job functions and responsibilities:

● Diligently review and assess tender documents, including drawings, technical schedules, specifications, PVL, and BOQ’s.

● Grasp the full project scope and proactively engage with clients by raising relevant technical queries.

● Skillfully perform precise quantity take-offs and assess manpower requirements.

● Initiate vendor communication by sending inquiries and efficiently compile quotations.

● Demonstrate expertise in costing and the meticulous preparation of BOQ’s.

● Exhibit strong collaborative skills, thriving both as an integral team member and independently.

● Stay well-informed about suppliers and subcontractors in the market, managing an updated vendor database.

Job functions and responsibilities:

● Preparing method statements (MS) & job hazard analysis (JHA) and getting them approved by the client.

● Reviewing design drawings, calculations, standards, and specifications.

● Taking quantity and ordering materials for all mechanical systems, equipment’s and other consumables for site activities.

● Preparing material approval requisition (MAR) and getting it approved by client.

● Coordinating with the procurement department and getting materials ready at the site as per schedule and dynamic site requirements.

● Preparing shop drawings, isometric drawings, process flow diagrams and piping/process & instrumentation diagrams for all mechanical services & equipment’s.

● Responsible for the installation of all mechanical systems & equipment’s.

● Preparing daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports.

● Maintaining department logs, status, documents, drawings, permits, certificates, etc.

● Testing and commissioning of all the mechanical systems and equipment’s.

● Preparing as-builts, pre-commissioning, commissioning and handover documents.

● Directing the maintenance of mechanical services and equipment and coordinating with suppliers or manufacturers.
