ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
• Responsible for Electrical Site Engineering, Material Engineering and QA/QC Engineering.
• QA/QC documentation (MS, ITP, MAR, IR, MIR, NCR, QUALITY PLAN, MEP T&C PLAN, AUDITS, Lesson Learned, Pre-com, MCC, T&C, Snags, SAT, O&M manual, Training manual, Warranty certificates, Handing over docs) and review Contractor construction Electrical/ELV procedures.
• Verify documents such as Bill of lading, Country of Origin certificate, Test Certificate for the materials delivered.
• Mock up inspection approvals.
• Submit & conduct inspection for all electrical material deliveries (MIR) and inspection(IR) of all ongoing activities for Electrical/ELV installations
• Check the drawings and documents used at site for approvals and compliance with Project Requirements.
• To attend QA/QC audits, meetings & walkthroughs with Client/Consultant representatives.
• Prepare weekly QA/QC report regarding Inspections, Material, Non-conformance report (NCR), Surveillance reports, Lesson learned and Corrective actions.
• Preparation and submission of O&M manual & Training manual.
• Preparation and submission of Warranty Certificates.
• Preparation and submission of Spare parts list submittal.
• Preparation and submission of Project hand over documents.
Currently working as Electrical Site Engineer in HV and LV works.

• Entire Responsibility of execution & quality for LV works.
• Proper planning for Manpower, Materials and Work Sequence Scheduling.
• Preparation and submission of Installation and T&C Method Statements (MS) and ITPs.
• Ensuring the works are going as per specification, approved drawings and method statement.
• Approval of IR and Mock-ups.
• Monitoring the daily progress of the work.
• Reporting of daily work status/issues/hindrances to MEP team members.
• Coordination with Civil team in timely execution of works.
• Attending meetings with Client, Consultant and JV.
• Coordinate with contractors and suppliers to ensure compliance as per specification.
• Preparing Pre-qualifications and Material submittals as per project specifications.
• Closing NCR.
• Preparing Testing and Commissioning procedures.
• Preparing and submission of As-built drawings.
• Preparation and submission of O&M manual & Training manual.
