•Planning and forecasting of projects from different regions and utilizing existing resources to meet customer requirement.
• 2nd level Checking of General assembly & detail drawings and releasing it for manufacturing.
• Design and create assembly drawings including bill of materials and detail drawings in line with the API guidelines, Pump specification and Customer requirement.
• Creating 3D models of seal assemblies and components.
• Provide 3D support for 3D project.
• Interfaced with customers by responding to technical questions on product applications.
• Creation of coupling GA’s and Detail drawings.
• Involve in continuous improvement projects.
• Store & archive data accurately within the PDM (Product Data Management) system.
• Perform root cause analysis and corrective action reports.
• Designing of tool holders as Per Customer requirements.
• To study the component and clarifying all doubts in various shop floors.
• Generating detailed stages operation sketch using AUTOCAD packages.
• Involved in Reverse engineering.
• Maintaining ISO documents (ISO 9001-2000).
• Preparing Process drawings & Process sheets.
• Consult and discuss the designing related issues with production team.
• Preparing AutoCAD Drawings as per Customer requirements.
• Preparing BOQ for prepared drawings.
• Preparing manufacturing drawings for new products.
• Visit customer place to take site measurements and discuss design requirements.
• Operating machine, maintaining quality of outgoing materials.
• Maintaining production report, daily maintenance report. Maintaining process chart.
• Maintaining TS16949 documents.
