• Create and develop planned, predictive, preventative, and curative maintenance programs for machinery equipment’s
• Periodic inspection and monitoring of motor for load current. Supervised preventive maintenance of all electrical equipment’s to minimize the breakdown time.
• Create all documents related to maintenance department for audit, which includes calibration records, maintenance procedures, risk assessments, third party certificates, etc.
• Streamline maintenance spare management in oracle maintenance management system.
• Streamlining the processes by implementing various strategies which includes changes in programing.
• Giving training to employee on work instructions and risk assessments

Administered maintenance of wide range of equipment and implemented necessary steps like scheduled inspections, minor repairs, operator training, preventive maintenance, shutdown and unscheduled maintenance
Extended support in planning predictive, preventative & curative maintenance programs for machinery equipment including aluminum rolling mills, aluminum cable stranding and wire drawing machines, transformers, generators, motors, furnace, oven, compressors, chillers, AHU, fire pumps, PLC SCADA system, injection molding assembly machines and field instruments
Conducted periodic inspection of motor for load current and preventive maintenance of all electrical equipment to minimize the breakdown time
