Manage all the QA/QC activities for machine shop & weld shop, Follow audit plans and ensure the facilities compliance to all QMS and other applicable proprietary standards, Organize training to machine shop personnel regarding quality related topics, Control the QMS manuals as required and keep records of issues to controlled copy holders, Make corrections and implement corrective actions after audits and documentation of all data in Weatherford internal system, Set methods on how to achieve yearly quality objectives and update the progress with Quality Manager, Conduct supplier evaluation and assessment as required by API Q1 standards.
Performing Non-Destructive Testing (NDT) of Oil Country Tubular Goods (OCTG) and Rig Equipments.
Inspection of Drill String i.e.: Drill Pipes, HWDP, Drill Collars, Fishing tools, Non Magnetic tools, Casing & Tubing.
Inspection of Rig components due for Maintenance & Recertification.
Inspection of all Baker Hughes MWD & LWD tools including CoilTrak, OnTrak, AziTrak, MagTrak etc apart from Mud Motors, Filter Subs, Modular Motors, ABPA, String Stabilizers etc.
Ultrasonic Thickness Gauging.
Electro Magnetic Inspection (EMI) of Tube body.
Boroscopic Inspection of Tube Body.
Passed 4 year Bachelor Degree in Mechanical Engineering with First Class from one of the prestigious institution of the country. Came out in the final year as the Individual Champion of the year Campus Placement in Almansoori Specialized Engineering while doing Post Graduate Certification in Oil Field Engineering/ QA/QC. Certified CSWIP 3.1 Welding Inspector Level II from TWI UK.
