Worked in MRATHON OIL AND GAS- Malabo as control Operator for Five GE Frame V machines as a Part of LTSA with GE
Responsibilities
•Perform Startups and emergency operation of Frame V Turbines in Marathon oil and Gas
•Monitor the operation of the turbine and driven compressor and generator.
•Documentation of operation conditions response through weekly and monthly progress reporting.
•Troubleshoot alarms and abnormal signals by reading the sequence logics in Mark VI.
•Coordinate between gas plant and LNG on power generation control issues.
•Possess good knowledge of the HES procedures of GE and Marathon.
Maintenance
Major Inspection
Worked as a Technical Advisor for a Major Inspection on Frame V (Residue gas compressor) and was responsible for replacement and recalibration of all the instrumentation involved in the turbine and compressor at Marathon Oil and Gas, Malabo, Equatorial Guinea.
Commissioning
Worked as a control engineer in a team of three and successfully commissioned Gas-turbine (Lm2500) Compressor drive for Reliance Gas Transportation Limited CS-4, Hyderabad India..
The nature of work includes both engineering of DCS and all products of Yokogawa and handling the business in Kochi region and have conducted annual shutdown maintenance and periodic Maintenance for both system (CS 3000) and products of Yokogawa in Sterlite industries Ltd.. Tuticorn, Tamil Nadu and Hindustan Insecticides Limited, Kerala.
Completed Bachelors of Engineering (B.E.) in Electronics and Instrumentation Engineering from Sathyabama University with First Class. Aggregate Percentage in B.E. : 72%
