• Giving to the PM of exist information against the shop drawing.
• Assisting the PM to make possible problem solving on site.
• Collaborate with the QA/QC by giving technical information to accelerate the project progress.
• Assisting the PM for general information all the site condition involve the safety work, firefighting condition, cleanliness of the work environment, scaffolding inspection, de shuttering all cured concrete and the area which is ready to cast.
• Represent the PM for consultant inspection asper RFI requirement.
• Releasing the daily report to the PM and QC department and consultant if needed.
• Finding the material used in the design :
Discussions with building owners to determine the building materials will be selected.
• Finding The Color and theme of the design :
Creat the characters expected to give the feel and color as well as processing and setting the room
• Room Character asper building owner :
Forming a preliminary sketch with free hand drawing infront of the owner and tobe continued in the studio design in order the building owners can have a general early picture of the room that will happen later.
• Budgeting and executing and controlling:
very important in the execution of the field is how to control the use of materials based on shop drawings detailing the specified time .
Hollow core precast installation.

Concrete pouring supervision.
Marble installation.
Block work include the finishing material attached.
• Architectural Shop Drawing preparation released to consultant for approval.
• Technical specification crosschecking against Material Department to avoid any confliction on site.
• Design Drawing control which is done by designer and giving the feedback to designer if any missing and mistaken.
• Represent the company for any subcontractor and the third party.
• To be supporting team for the MSR Department to obtain approximately correct of the quotation calculating.
• Weekly meeting with Consultant and Designer to monitor the project progress with the respect of time schedule.
• Collaborate with other department on site during building construction to create the site problem solving.
Site Manager description of work:.
1. How to maintain the project progress always on the track. respectfully to the project time schedule at least will has positive value.
2. as a key figure the site manager must strictly manage all the source in site and out site project. such as project manpower, material in world market, the third parties who contribute in the project.
3. having the initiative and correct way to solve the existing cases without influence the activity of the project.
4. prepare the progress report to represent project improvement.
Building Designer Work Description:
A. Environment.

3. Collaborate with all cross multi discipline to have an accurate design.
4. Understand The Government rule according where the building will be placed.
