Processing and solving booking queries/issues from clients prior and during/ prior to travel
• Handling special arrangements for clients
• Liaising with Sales team, Contracts and Accounts departments.
• Training staff in the operations dept.
• Finalizing book-outs cases by ensuring the system is updated and relevant departments are informed.
• Dealing with general queries such as market relates issues, duplications, incorrect coming list, group/multiple
bookings, room type issues and all problems related to booking processes.
• Assisting with online queries if/when necessary.
• Liaising with Miki Reservations team in London, Dubai and Kuala Lumpur.
• Dealing with all our Agents.
• Logging all book-outs and market losses
• Responsible for creating and adding new accounts and managing the existing ones.
• Regular Meeting with clients to use Illusions online platform and taking feedback to improve the services.
• Actively promoting & selling the products to travel agents and ensuring trainings are conducted regularly
• Monitor the performance of assigned travel agents to ensure targets are met against each account.
• Being the part of sales team to enhance the sales volume.
• Managing and training staff in the operations dept.
• Responsible for developing and executing operational strategies, creating solutions and improvements
• Assuring operations success and financial profitability.
• Closely monitoring and following up the online & Offline bookings.
• Co-ordinate with teams to solve agent related queries and problems.
• Specially handling the High Value & VIP bookings and special requests
• Constantly visiting the Key accounts in Dubai and Northern Emirates
