o Maintained jail security, insuring that prisoners are properly cared for and supervised. Issued clothing and personal care items. Responsible for feeding prisoners, supervising work details and insuring that their medical needs are met.
o Monitored prisoner physical and mental health.
o Served as security for the court, monitored and searched entrants as appropriate, maintained court conduct rules, removed participants if required.
o Released prisoners from custody when told to do so by proper authority.
o Transported prisoners to and from court and other jail facilities from the installation to Continental United States (CONUS).
