provide good customer service.the first and last impression from customer by greeting them within 5 min when they enter in the shop so that they will fell that they are welcome in our shop so that they will fell comfortable and to make them fell that they are important to us because if they are not here we are not here too....and to know what they needs i need to engaged with customer by asking open ended question so that it easy to identified what they really want and to explain them properly about the features and the benefits of the product.....
