• Sole point of contact at TSC for all local suppliers
• Making documentation complete in order to place enquiries for Commercial team
• Maintaining relationships with existing suppliers and sourcing new suppliers for future products to be listed at Sultan center
• Taking their sample and quotations and giving them all the necessary documents for New Account Vendor, New Item Listing, Promotions and Cost Change Price and Modifications
• Provides information by answering questions and requests from both end (Suppliers & Buyers)
• Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
• Devise plans to encompass the store’s complete look in terms of visual appearance
• Make decisions pertaining to what types of mannequins will be displayed in the display window
• Dress mannequins in clothes that are on the top range within the store
• Devise new ideas for window displays and promotional concepts
• Implement marketing gimmicks with a view to attract customers to step inside the shop Ensure that store displays are changed according to weekly, monthly or seasonal themes
• Knowledgeable in all new Electronics especially in IT
• Expert in Customer Service
• Knowledgeable on using POS, for sales transaction
• Greeting the customers, stacking shelves, taking inventory, marking prize tags, and setting up display
• Making design of kitchen cabinets through PLANIT VISION software.
• Preparation of cutting list direct to MS Excel.
• Making and entering of cutting list in MS Excel for production of design parts such as carcasses’, doors, and wooden open shelves.
• Work involves maintaining data properly and combining data from various sources to generate accurate results.
• Work involves operating computer and processing data accurately.
• Operating of various office machines
• Inputting list of items, and some data such as customer information, and membership list
