➢Responsibilities included accounting and management of Accounts Receivables and Payables, maintaining and reporting ageing list of payables, timely preparation and e-filing of sales tax returns, physical verification of sales return stock, inventory management and control, ensuring that all Returns Outwards inventory are actually despatched, issuing debit notes to suppliers and collecting corresponding credit notes from them, proper accounting and control of inter-branch transfers, reconciliation of bank accounts, obtaining balance confirmation from suppliers, audit related works, funds management, etc.
