• Determine and track the most important warehouse KPIs.
• Ensure that facility equipment is properly maintained.
• Communicate and collaborate with other departments.
• Train, guide, evaluate and optimize employee workflow.
• Reports directly to the Operations Manager.

• Create and implement a unique visual merchandising
approach.
• Identify key messages and set a clear image of the end result.
• Liaise with suppliers and source elements.
• Research lifestyle, demographics and design trends.
• Modify and deliver design concepts to guide merchandisers
and brief staff on arranging displays.
• Act in accordance with the culture, products, image, and
target market of the organization.
• Alter displays to promote new product launches and to suit
holiday or seasonal themes.
• Design visually appealing and eye-catching interior/window
displays, floor layouts, and special promotion displays that
guide customers across the business.

• Welcome customers as they arrive in a friendly manner.
• Ensures that items are available in full size in the store.
• Sourcing materials such as props and lighting.
• Installing and dismantling displays.
• Perform cashier duties, such as accepting cash or credit in
return for goods sold.
• Assist and respond to customer inquiries by offering
information about each product and any associated discount
offers.

• Delivering beverages to the guests on time.
• Capable of making beverages as per the standards.
• Handling Cash Register (P.O.S.)

• Perform monthly inventory, receive and monitor stocks.
• Ensure team member to follow the FIFO (first in first out)
• Encourage staff to achieve monthly sales target by upselling.
• Report daily concern and submit sales to operations manager.
