Coordinate all Sub-Contractor maintenance work to properly maintain facilities and grounds of Public Prosecution Government Building
Evaluate maintenance requests, set priorities and process work assignments
Searching for Contractors or Sub-Contractors to perform maintenance work to specialized or extensive to be performed by the maintenance staff
Establishes and maintains a reliable network of outside vendors and suppliers to ensure cost effective and timely support of the maintenance function
Ensuring all work permits are properly distributed prior to the schedule of maintenance
Plans, Organize, Coordinate and Controls the document of the day-to-day operation within the department
Ensures all procedures are properly followed related to the performance of the maintenance function
Preparing Monthly Reports (Compilation of Monthly Attendance, Sub-Contractor service reports, Monthly Plan Preventive Maintenance)
Monitoring daily attendance of all staff within the department
Perform other administrative duties as assigned
