Leverage leading practices and methodologies to support the definition and roll out of enterprise-wide data governance frameworks, including policies, standards, principles, governance metrics, processes and related tools.
•Provide guidance on end to end implementation of a Data Governance Strategy, framework and roadmap to enable the clients meet their business goals
•Serve as a Data Management SME across all knowledge areas to provide the required expertise to support the delivery of the National Data and AI vision.
•Participate in the development and delivery of Data Maturity and Compliance Gap Assessments for organizations to assess their current data management capabilities.
•Participate in the development of a National Data Management Standards Document to guide organizations to the desired data maturity and compliance state.
•Design and implement value propositions and tool-kits for change management, data culture and democratization initiatives to establish a common vision, understanding and visibility of all data assets.
Conduct current state assessment and Data Maturity Assessment to determine data strategy, governance framework, target operating model for data organization.
• Participate in data management policy (Data Governance, Data Quality, Metadata Management, Data Sharing etc.) and process creation, and analyzing potential impacts of Policies & Processes to the organization.
• Support the development and maintenance of an end to end data lifecycle management approach by being responsible for applying data governance framework including the management of data, operating model, data policies and standards.
• Assist with data architecture reviews and advise on data solutions that pertain to Data Governance programs (Data Catalogue, Data Quality, Business Glossary, data tools/software, metadata management, master data management, Lineage etc.)
• Conduct workshops to understand database structure/data lineage analysis in order to understand relevant data elements along with their definitions and use.
