10. All other task that may be reasonably requested by the management team

1. Review of BOQ, specifications, drawings and attend pre bid meetings in order to determine the scope of work
2. Preparation of detailed estimates based on tender documents relating to marine pipeline works, offshore dredging and onshore trench excavations works
3. Assisting in reviewing of FIDIC contract documents prior to contract signing
4. Preparation of payment applications to client and payment certificates to subcontractors
5. Performs cost control measures during project implementation
6. Preparation of variation claims as per contract conditions
7. Monitors and identifies all contractual related matters occurring at project level
8. All other task that may be reasonably requested by the management team

1. Advise and assist in the preparation an agreement interim valuation and final accounts, both from subcontractors and to the client. This includes providing hand on assistance in the measurement and valuation of work when requested by the commercial manager
2. Presentation of documentation in relation to subcontracts, ensuring that subcontract terms and conditions reflect obligations undertaken by DSI under the contract
3. Formulate, when required, in conjunction with the contract term, a commercial plan specifically indentifying the activities necessary to protect the company and enhance the profitability of contracts and contract variation
4. Ensure that subcontractor cost are monitored and controlled against agreed budgets, and that cost information is accurately recorded and regularly presented to appropriate personnel in a clear and concise format
5. Assisting as required in the placing and administration of direct supply orders (sales condition / increased cost etc.)
6. When required ensure that subcontractor progress is monitored and controlled against agreed program. Identify and investigate any variation from plan and notify these to appropriate personnel, agreeing and implementing appropriate remedial action with the contract manager
7. Evaluate dispute information and prepare and agree claims for disbursement of loss and expense. Negotiate and manage the resolution of disputes
8. Maintain highest level of commercial confidentiality in all aspects of employment
9. Collate and present financial information in accordance with the company procedures to line management
10. Follow up interim applications for payment from the client and liaise with accounts/credit control to secure payment
11. All other task that may be reasonably requested by the management team

1. Preparation of cost estimation for enquiries from sports and coatings
2. Estimation of quantities and costs of materials, labour and plant
3. Budget estimation from preliminary concepts or schematic drawings
4. Contract variation estimation
5. Reconciliation of actual cost in comparison to estimated cost

1.Coordinates with Lessor, Project Contractor and Supplier for timely delivery of fit-out projects
2. Monitor and report the progress of fit-out/project
3. Ensure site meets corporate or local standards
4. Escalation point for all building concerns that needs attention by the lessor
5. Ensure the quality of premises and timely delivery
6. Space planning & drive facility space optimization
7. Escalation point for any expansion planning issues and facilities engineering related concerns
8. Act as technical consultant for facilities engineering concern

1. Maintains and updates work schedules, planning and other informative control system in monitoring the project’s progress and activities
2. Formulates project monitoring system and control measures
3. Prepares project status report
4.Ensures the implementation of the quality plans and objectives for the department and project
5. Performs tasks in accordance with the process defined in the company’s QEHSMS manual

1. Assist the PIC/PM in the development of project budget
2. Consolidates and evaluates accomplishment and cost reports
3. Prepares subcontractors progress billings and accomplishment reports
4. Determines actual project accomplishment and prepares billing statements to clients
5. Prepares estimates of various work required in the project
6. Performs other related functions that may be assigned from time to time
7. Ensures the implementation of the quality plans and objectives for the department and project assignment
8. Performs tasks in accordance with the process defined in the company’s QEHSMS

1. Project Supervision
2. Ensure design quality control during project implementation
3. Prepares billings to clients
4.Coordinates with (MEPS) subcontractors for technical clarifications
5. Prepares detail working drawings
6. Prepares estimates of various work required in the project
7. Prepares cost monitoring reports
8. Submits queries regarding the bid plans and contract documents
9. Attends pre bid and post bid meetings
