• Responsible for operation, setting and maintenance of CNC machines and conventional machines such as manual lathe, milling, CNC EDM, CNC vertical lathe (5 tons capacity), CNC lathe machine 100 tons capacity and 20 tons capacity. CNC Controller Fanuc and Haidenhain.
• Always perform activity according to the stablish work and procedures.
• Perform dimensional inspection using different types of calipers, micrometers, dial gauges and other measuring instruments that are used in rotor repair.
• Perform rotor run-out measurement such as electrical and mechanical using CNC lathe machine.
• Perform rotor repair such as machining, burnishing, polishing and sand blasting.
• Set-up rotor up to 45 tons weight in CNC Lathe machine and aligned up to 0.001mm.
• Perform design and manufacture different types of jigs and special tools by machining in manual lathe and milling machine.
• Operate over head crane.
• Perform rotor repair using different types of hand tools, assemble and dis assemble of rotor parts such as blades, impeller, disk, tension bolts and coupling parts.
• Perform rotor receiving and dispatched, packing activity, including rust prevention and nitrogen forging of rotor container.
• Work in CRI (comprehensive rotor inspection) for gas turbine rotor M501F and overhaul repair for centrifugal compressor rotor and steam turbine rotor.
• Perform rotor run-out measurement activity with costumer witness.
• Work in a heavy lifting environment

Assigned in Equipment Fabrication department. Perform different types of High Precission machining process (CNC machining
and precision grinding process). Set up CNC Milling machine (setting up CNC cutting tools, jigs and vises, datum calibration,
debugging and installation of CNC Program). Analyzed drawing (from tolerance to flow of process). Perform process centric
system. Assist and trained newly hired machinist and comply with safety regulations and maintain clean and orderly work areas.

Perform machine maintenance in different test handler equipment in final test process (Perform a variety of ground and
troubleshooting task). Assist engineer in machine parts evaluation and machine improvement. Perform simple machinist duties
and responsibilities. Use a variety of hand and power tools, electric meters and material handling equipment in performing duties.
Perform preventive maintenance in schedule or unscheduled. Perform predictive maintenance and replace or repair parts, machine
qualification and make adjustment, read and interpret equipment manuals to perform required maintenance and service. To track
yield improvement activities and collect data on engineering activities. Detect faulty operations, defective material and report
those any unusual situations to proper supervision. Train newly hired technicians and OJT and Comply with safety regulations and
maintain clean and orderly work areas.

Perform operation in NC surface grinding machine. Assigned in forming precision machining section. Following the instruction of team
leader in processing parts. Analyzing mechanical drawing and tolerances (drawing based in Japanese International standard).
Maintaining quality of product and perform religiously standard operating procedure.

Assist Maintenance Technicians in trouble shooting during machine repair. Support in operating CNC Cylindrical Grinding
Machine. Gathering data in every machine performance such as parts life span and updating machine inspection checklist.
