Coordinates with Customers inquiry, orders, and requirements.

Coordinates with Sales/Accounts Managers with regards to customers inquiry
Coordinates with Supply Chain team in Head Office (Finland & France) for the items availability, shipping, delivery documentations.
Coordinates With Project Managers for project implementation and requirements
Prepares Offer (small requirements)
Prepare purchase order and input in SAP.
Responsible for the Repair & Return cases
Submit weekly report to the customer, department and sales.
Job Description: Demand Planning for Middle East Region
Check directly with customer their expected Demand of equipment
Check with project managers expected orders, additional requirement needed in the existing project
Check with bid team new prospect customer and project
Check with sales/account manager expected demand from customer
Gather all demand from team member and put in the forecast tool.
Monthly Meeting with Demand & Supply management, presentation and discussion of the Demand Plan
Updates the Demand Plan
Check consistency of the demand and target.

Prepare Documentation (e.g. Proposal, etc…)
Prepare Orders to Suppliers (Local & Foreign)
Coordinates with the Suppliers (availability, status, prices, discount, RMA, delivery)
Coordinates with Store for availability of the products, delivery
Coordinates with the Salesman
Coordinates with the Client/Customer
Coordinates with the Networking Team - Service (for installation and some technical matters)
Prepare / Edit Quotations / Costing sheet
Answering the phone, take down new inquiry & give to the concern person

Make bank guarantee request
Arrange/Coordinate for training for the client / our Engineers/Salesman (Local & Foreign)
Responsible to arrange collection and delivery of Tender/Inquiry
Job Description: Network Services Coordinator - Helpdesk
Received incoming help requests from customer via both telephone and e-mail.
Takedown customer information problem details.
Coordination with the engineers, customers and supplier technical support team.
Log all the requests in help desk log.
Schedule the engineers if required to go the customer site to solve the problems.
Open a case in the supplier technical support team if needed.
Update customer for the status of their request.
Fallow up with the customer for the status of their request.
Make reports and keep it in file for future use.
