Built up a strategic business plan for the next five years for the region in collaboration with principal. Put into action a plan to increase market awareness through tie-ups with leading OEMs, consultants/end users & Market influencers. Built a motivated Sales & Support team to back up the Sales Plan. □ Promote development of business in Abu Dhabi for the company’s range of motors, drives and generators by appointing strong distributors, regular customer visits and competitive bidding against tenders.
Responsible for Sales, Installation and commissioning of Lighting control products.
Liasoning with consultants and contractors to quote for enquiries and to generate business.
Regular visits to consultants for product demonstration.
Interaction with suppliers to get updated about product developments.
Handling a team of technicians for installation and commissioning of the projects.
Interaction with contractors to give technical support for the installation of these lighting products.
Responsible for Sales of AC/DC Motors, Generators to Projects, Industries, OEMs in AndhraPradesh, heading a three member team
Achieved 300 % growth within 8 months time by bringing the sales to 600 lakhs from 200 lakhs.
