Responsible for designing, building, installing and maintaining all kinds of
mechanical systems, tool and components.
Moreover, proactively finding solutions to construction related problems that my
team might face to ensure a smooth running operations.

It is my responsibility to keep all the establishments under my supervision as per
contract, some of my duties as a supervisor are:
● Forecast the yearly consumptions then organize all the expenses on a
monthly basis and prepare a yearly budget.
● Based on the yearly budget raise money for building through a Yearly
General Assembly meeting for the Owners and the Tenants.
● Order fuel, water, spare parts... to create a peaceful home environment.
● Get 3 quotations for any type of projects.
● Follow up with the subcontractors and renew the contracts.
Moreover, provide a technical support for my team as an electromechanical
engineer consultant.
Some of the project i’ve assisted in are Bay Tower, Convivium 6,
I was in charge of developing inventory policies and procedures, inventory field
work, data entry, Purchasing orders, preparation and file maintenance. Using
Micros-Fidelio for food, beverage, chinaware, amenities, maintenance stores, as
for the fixed assets I worked on Violin.
● Completed training over HMS Micros-Fidelio.
● Inventoried 104 stores within 6 months, sorted and counted with data
entry.
● Assisted with the Hotel renovation for both stores and fixed assets
parts:.
○ Items ordering. ( tools, paints, , , )
○ Items receiving. ( furniture containers, paintings containers,
moquet containers and all the items listed above.)
