- Sending monthly Dashboards related to Safety &
Environment (Air & Water Monitoring, RCER Compliance, Waste Management, EHSS Maturity)
- Preparing OMS Procedures and make sure all formatted as per OMS guidelines
- Focal Person in gathering monthly Manhours (Direct Hire / Contractors) by all Departments
-Uploads & maintains OMS procedures in ECM for periodical basis that are subject for revision & auditing
- Provide support to General Services department particular in office services (business cards, company forms, locksmith, hotel and recreation) and catering services,
- Responsible for arranging temporary access request to enter YANPET plant premises.
- Coordinate all activities related to General Services.
- Follow up the task and responsibilities delegated to specific personnel and reporting to GS Administrator.
- Preparing weekly and monthly reports to be submitted to the GS Administrator for review and approval before sending to the GS Manager.
- Preparing monthly man hour reports to be submitted to Environment, Health, Safety & Security (EHSS) department.
- Sending follow-ups and reminders to Contractors to submit their monthly invoices in time to avoid delays in preparing payments.
- Updating Monthly Budget for General Services department.
- Updating Contract Monitoring for each Contractor.
- Filing of records particular all Contractor's Invoices.
- Creating Service Entry Sheets thru SAP in preparing payments of Contractors monthly invoices.
1. Input document data into the housing system ensuring that the information is accurate and up to date.
2. Preparing employee’s monthly deduction report such as Spare Parts, Water deduction to be submitted on GS Housing Services thru SAP System.
3. Creating Service Entry Sheets for monthly payments such as Marafiq Water Bill (SABIC Buildings and Residential Houses), Housing Maintenance Services (Rezayat-SABIC Global Maintenance Contract).
4. Receiving and answering calls from Occupants with Maintenance memberships regarding their Payslip deductions such as Spare Parts and Water Deduction.
5. Keeping employee’s housing documents in the Housing File room under safe custody without any damage or deterioration with easy traceability.
6. Maintain the files and control logs as requested by the housing department.
