• Managing and supervising the completion of MIA Underpass and Utility Building waterproofing and finishing works (GRC Cladding, Granite Stone Flooring, Internal and External Painting, Roof Louver, SS Grating, Aluminum screen mashrabiya cladding, SS handrails and cycle track on stairs)
• Successfully delivered the project within a tight timeline imposed by the urgency and time constraints driven by Qatar’s hosting of the FIFA World Cup.

• Thoroughly investigated, analyzed, and effectively resolved persistent water leakage issues in the building, which had been left unresolved by the previous contractor. The successful resolution was achieved within the allocated budget and timeline.
• Directly collaborated with the client's Project Manager (Kahramaa) and the building end user (KAP), ensuring effective communication and alignment of project objectives.
• Took charge of technical oversight and execution of operational tasks, thereby managing the project's overall operations.
• Executed the duties of a QC Engineer by preparing all QC-related documents and submittals and carrying out inspections in coordination with the client's representative.
• Successfully fulfilled dual responsibilities as Project Engineer and Site Architect for the Renovation of HMC Bone and Joint Center. The successful completion of the project earned the client’s trust that led to additional renovation work of HMC Pediatric Dental facility.
• Managed the Engineering Department in the preparation of engineering documentation, technical submittals and drawings, ensuring compliance with project requirements.
