- Provides end user support including Senior Management with applications and general computer and network issues.
- Active directory user creation and Microsoft office 365 integration set up for user mailbox generation and license assignment and monitoring.

- Setup, install and maintains all office network devices such as computers, printers, scanners and mobile devices (IOS and Android)
- Maintains and manage FortiGate firewall, Aruba Wireless controllers, HP Switches, Mitel nad Avaya controllers
- Assist the Sr.IT Manager with defining Information Technology Policies and Procedures
-Provide advice, assistance and training to users on usage of simple functional features of software and hardware.
- Assists with the planning, design, research and acquisition of new or upgraded hardware and software systems; maintains current knowledge of hardware, software
- Vendor interactions for new projects and requirements which includes hardware and software purchases and deliveries.
- Maintain accurate inventoriess and up to date records of all hardware, software assets and licenses and AMC.

Responsible for the configuration and reliable operation of client computer systems, servers, and data security systems and ensures internal IT structure of the site remains up-to-date and protected against cyber-attacks .In addition, setting up the unification or customization of client workstations and operating systems, E-mails, internet connections and network devices such as network printers and scanners.

Troubleshoot, diagnosed and solved internet, hardware problems and help customers install applications and programs. This includes resolving network issues, configuring internet network devices via telephone and remote desktop connections to provide immediate support.
