 Reporting to the Project Manager.
 Attending regular team meetings and scheduled coordination meetings with the designer and client.
 Review for certification of the Southern Access Link Expressway (SALEX) project design drawings and other
documents like the technical specifications, calculations, etc. related to electrical and ancillary systems for final
submission to the Toll Regulatory Board (TRB).
 Consultation and coordination with other discipline engineers.
 Site walk-through.
 Independent Checker (IC) role in the project construction phase is to be commenced after the review period or as
instructed by the TRB.

 Reporting to the Project Manager.
 Attending regular coordination and progress meetings with the contractors and the client.
 Review of systems specialists' Pre-Qualifications, Technical Submittals, and Shop/Fabrication drawings.
 Inspect materials delivered at the site before installation and use at the site.
 Site supervision and inspection on Electrical system installation works, to ensure works are being done in compliance with the Project Specification, QCS, NFPA standards, Local Authority, and Civil Defence requirements.
 Issue Site Observation Reports or Non-Compliance Reports (NCR) for the Contractor’s non-compliances to Project Specification, QCS, NFPA standards, Local Authority, and Civil Defence requirements.
 Carry out and witness systems Testing and Commissioning and certify in compliance with Project Specification, QCS, NFPA standards, Local Authority, and Civil Defence requirements.
 Verify the availability and validity of QCDD Certificates of all system specialists and materials used at the site which are related and involved in the Civil Defence inspection.
 Verify the completeness and validity of all the required documents for uploading to the Local Authority.
 Liaising with the Local and Civil Defence authorities for site inspection.
 Review of project dossier/handing over documents.

 Evaluate, prepare and submit Pre-Qualification of Subcontractors/Suppliers and Technical Submittals as per the Clients’ requirements/Project Specification and Standards.
 Prepare and submit for approval the operational documents like Method Statements, ITP, and Risk Assessment for the installation of all the electrical-related systems; and the required Testing & Commissioning procedures and documents.
 Material inspection to ensure that all materials delivered and received for installations comply with the approved material submittal and as per the approved sample materials, prior to submitting Material Delivered to Site (MDS) inspection for the consultant’s or client representative’s inspection and approval.
 Site inspection on the Electrical (MV, LV and ELV systems) installation works ensuring that all works are done in compliance with the approved Method Statement, Project Specification, and related Codes and Standards prior to submitting the Request for Inspection & Test Form (RFIT) for the consultant’s inspection.
 Notify and coordinate with the respective site Engineers to resolve/rectify for the closure of Site Surveillance Report (SSR), Site Observation Report (SOR) & Non-Compliance Report (NCR) received and issued by the office of the consultant.
 Prepare and integrate the scheduled Testing and Commissioning with the submitted Schedule or equivalent Master Construction Schedule and coordinate the Testing and Commissioning with the Site Engineer, the Subcontractor Commissioning Team, and the System Engineer.
 Supervise all Electrical (MV, LV, and ELV systems) pre-commissioning, testing & commissioning.
 Conduct, prepare, and submit snagging requests for the consultant’s (or with client representative) inspection and coordinate with the respective site Engineers to resolve/rectify the issues raised for the closure of the snags prior to the project handover/final acceptance.
 Prepare and submit all handover documents related to Electrical (MV, LV and ELV systems).

 Supervise and monitor the Subcontractors' work and scope for Access Control System, Fire Alarm System, Public Address System, CCTV, and Tel. /Data system at the Concourse C area.
 Coordinate with all the Site Engineers involved both on the Civil and MEP division including Subcontractors for the execution of works under the IT/ULV system.
 Supervise and monitor the Lightning Protection System installation and modification over the roof of the entire Concourse C including the roof top of all the Jet Bridges along the area.

 Prepare and submit Pre-Qualification of Subcontractors/Suppliers and Technical Submittals as per the Clients’ requirements/Project Specification and Standards.
 Prepare and submit for approval the operational documents like Method Statements, ITP, and Risk Assessment for the installation of all the electrical-related systems; and the required Testing & Commissioning procedures and documents.
 Material inspection to ensure that all materials delivered and received for installations comply with the approved material submittal and as per the approved sample materials, prior to submitting Material Delivered to Site (MDS) inspection for the consultant’s or client representative’s inspection and approval.
 Site inspection of all the MEP installation works to ensure works are done in compliance with the Method Statement, Project Specification, and relevant Codes and Standards, and coordinate with the site Engineers for submission of the Inspection Request Form (IRF) for the consultant’s (or with client representative) inspection.
 Keep all the inspection and document records updated and traceable in compliance with the ISO system requirement.
 Provide monthly Quality Inspection records and submit to the Senior QA office for their regular and final audit of all documents.
 Notify and coordinate with the respective site Engineers to resolve/rectify for the closure of Non-Compliance Report (NCR) and Site Instructions (SI) received and issued by the office of the consultant.
 Attend Monthly QA/QC meeting with the Consultant for the coordination of site issues.

 Main responsibilities - Provide Technical support to the sales department for the design, implementation, installation, supervision, testing & commissioning of structured cabling (copper or fibre optic cabling) utilizing the products of BELDEN cables of Canada and PANDUIT cables of the USA.
 Site surveillance inspection of the site and interacts with the main contractor’s Project Engineers to verify the status or situation of the site in compliance with the design plan and schedule and check all the requirements for the proceeding of the project.
 Project supervision at the site for the installation and completion of the structured cabling and network system.
 Management of personnel and also doing the purchase/logistics of the materials at the site.
 Regular coordination with the project manager for the scheduled work of each day.
 Interacts with the main contractor for sudden changes and requirements to the original plan of the project and conducts immediate communication to the project manager and or to the design/sales personnel for inquiries on related matters.
 Provide a project progress report to monitor the flow and status of work accomplishments.
 Conduct the structured cabling pre-commissioning, and prepare all test reports prior to requesting inspection of the approving consultant.
 Other technical responsibilities - Installation of electrical systems switches, home automation, lighting, and video and audio systems; and support the sales department by providing and conducting workshops to customers.

 Conduct daily Machine Quality Control System (MQCS) and Product Quality Control System (PQCS) inspections.
 Conduct scheduled Preventive Maintenance (PM).
 Responsible for scheduled and unscheduled Machine Change Size set-up.
 Troubleshooting of machine hardware (mechanical/ electrical/electronic circuit) and software issues and abnormalities including defective machine parts replacement or changing parts, etc.
 Time-to-time production line equipment/machine status monitoring.
 Proper documentation of all the particular shift reports and accomplishment of Assigned Task report.
 Turnover briefings to the next shift team on the unfinished Machine Change Size set-up, troubleshooting, and existing machine abnormalities if any.
 Technical support to the department or other production departments for any special technical tasks.

 Operate the assigned Drawing Machine and monitor the Inlet and Output materials.
 Monitor the condition and all parameters of the operating machine.
 Troubleshooting the machine problem under the Output abnormal status.
 Conduct scheduled machine Preventive Maintenance (PM).
 Regular workplace housekeeping before, during, and after duty.
 Provide detailed turnovers of machine condition and Inlet materials availability.

 Conduct In-Process Inspection to monitor and assure that the implemented procedures comply with the standards, create quality outputs, and ensure that customer requirements and satisfaction are achieved.
 (Front line) Conduct Statistical Process Control (SPC) and First of Run Qualification; Issuance of Travel tag; Conduct Gate Inspection and Re-Gate Inspection.
 (Back End) Conduct First of Run Qualification; Roving Inspection and Packing Inspection.

•(Field) Responsible in Terminal Lines Regular Maintenance and Terminal to Customer cable installation.
•(Head End/Office) Conduct signal monitoring; satellite equipment maintenance; Regular Stations Program editing; and accomplishing of some other office works.
