➢ Maintains SAP maintenance planning module forecast for customers Maintenance schedule, Engineering Publications, SJC and other time controlled task.

➢ Forecast and develops schedules for major and minor maintenance activities consistent with the customer's maintenance program.

➢ Plans and guarantees the efficient accomplish of the workload by determining availability of required resources and coordinating with other offices to ensure that all maintenance activities and schedules are adequately supported.

➢ Directs the scheduling of the workload in order to match it with available resources by setting the date and time when the checks will be started and completed by the production line.

➢ Implements staggering plan for maintenance task that require long ground time and with limited rotating spares/ mod kit availability.

➢ Reviews all revision of the customers Maintenance Schedule.

➢ Updates maintenance tasks forecast in SAP planning module by closing accomplished work package by ensuring that work task card handled by other department is closed on timely manner and by validating work task card complied with SAP.

➢ Attend morning meeting for A330 aircraft.

➢ Update matrix, data base and SAP for the completed task cards.

➢ Perform pre loading of spares for a specific task on A330 aircraft.

➢ Perform planning for weekly check and long transit checks on A330 aircraft schedules.

➢ Perform packaging of A330 aircraft task card.

 Performs removal and installation of slide/raft assembly.

 Performs detailed inspection of Cargo Compartment.

 Performs detailed visual inspection of Cockpit windows ( windshield, sliding window and fixed window).

 Performs removal and installation of Power Drive Units and PDU rollers of Cargo Compartments.

 Performs replacement of Potable Water Filter of Galleys and Lavatories.

 Performs replacement of Chemical Oxygen Generator

 Performs preparation of aircraft for towing and marshalling.

 Performs servicing of engine oil, IDG oil, APU oil and hydraulic fluid in green, blue, and yellow systems.

 Performs oil replenishing such as engine oil servicing.

 Perform removal and installation of cabin components such as, toilet assembly, passenger door lining and doors, cockpit and passenger windows, cargo sidewall and partition panel, lavatory and cargo firex, and other interior parts for A320, A330, A340 and B747.
