* Coordinate with other departments on recruitment needs and identify whether there are suitable internal available resources to fill vacant positions to facilitate a culture of internal transfers, job rotations, employee retention, talent development, and for in-house grown personnel getting chosen for promotions.
* Develop and maintain professional relations with local, regional, and international recruitment agencies to ensure that the right caliber professionals are attracted and selected.
* Screen and identify external and internal applicants for job openings, to ensure that the qualifications required for the respective vacancy match well.
* Ensure all recruitment related documents such as CVs, offer letters, etc. pre and post recruitment are in order and as per the required standards established for the selection of the right people into the target roles.
* Support in ensuring proper background verification of new hires as per organizational guidelines.
* Assist with induction and on-boarding process of new hires to ensure the required orientation programs are provided in a timely manner.
* Handling new policy, policy renewals such as Motor, Travel, Home Insurance, Personal Accident Benefits and Health Programs and offer/discuss information about product services, prices, and quotations to the customers.
* Assisting and doing Car Inspection for New Motor Insurance Policy
* Analyze customer’s complaints and recommend solutions.
* Performs a variety of customer service functions, initial greetings, answering multi-line phone system, and forwarding calls, checking facility users in and out, maintains schedule for facilities, maintenance request through CAFM Software System, facility bookings, classes and events, retail sales, and issuing passes to various recreational services. Using computer programs available, designs, publishes and edits recreational facility promotional material.
* Communicates and coordinates with appropriate staff and teachers to maximize effectiveness and efficiency of interdepartmental operations, classes and activities; writes legibly and orally communicate effectively.
* Acts as first point of contact for employees for performance management and employee relations issues. Receiving Notice of Violations, Exit Letters & Resignation Letters, Conducts exit interviews to ensure proper information’s captured & recorded and coordinate to their respective Departments.
* Provide guidance and support in organizational development and growth and supports resolution of employee relations issues and conducts investigations, as necessary. Assists in investigation and resolution of associate legal complaints and coordinates processes.
* Prepare documents for full and final settlement, booking flight quotations for Exit staffs and coordinates with Ticketing and Payroll Section.
