✓ CRM Tools - Record call outcomes, track leads, do segmentation, create pipeline and provide daily/weekly performance reports.

✓ Customer Store Engagement - Promote the advantages of the company’s network as a reliable and sustainable service provider.

✓ (KPI) - Achieve targets across MNP, Voice, Mobile Broadband, Fibre/Wi-Fi plans, and maintain a Transactional Net Promoter Score (TNPS) of at least 80%.

✓ Customer Service & Support - Handle inquiries and resolve non-technical issues or basic troubleshooting, raising technical tickets (TT) when needed. ✓ Documentation - Manage tasks, e.g., TON, PMN+, Migrations, TT, SSM, ECR, MNP, FNP, I Pay, post-paid and prepaid services, and disconnections using Open UI/Siebel systems.

✓ Billing & Payments - Explain billing details clearly (including pro-rata charges) and process payments accurately.

✓ Product Demonstration - Present and explain the features, craftsmanship, and brand heritage of Swiss luxury watches.

✓ POS Operations - Process sales transactions accurately in line with established procedures.

✓ Visual Merchandising - Maintain watch displays according to brand standards, ensuring cleanliness and presentation excellence.

✓ Records & Documentation - Organize and manage files including loyalty cards, repair logs, stock counts, CRM entries, DSR, MSR, SIV, offline reports, IT consumables, and bank distribution logs.
