As training mentor, I plan, prepare and conduct training for the new members. I provide knowledge starting from the company to product knowledge. I also update the team if their are also promotions or new products. I do random knowledge check to see if they for get the standards set by the brand and company. I also send reports and update training files if their are progress in the training.
From team member, I was promoted to a training mentor and was recommended to be a team leader before I go to Qatar. As a training mentor, I plan and conduct in-store training for the new members. I also update and do knowledge check to see that the standard set by the brand and company are always applied. I send training report to the store manager and training manager. I motivate the team, and fill the gaps in the operation.
As a contribution acquisition representative, we do prospect calling in USA to inform them the urgent need that the Native Americans experience. We inform their situation and ask to help them. We also do follow up call for those who committed to help them.
