· Involved in the preparation and response to client RFP. Including the preparation of bid documents for AECOM and getting the technical feedback and ensure that the bid document/proposal goes out to the client on time.

Senior Design Engineer working on several large residential projects in Central Florida. This role involves providing consultation, permitting and design services from beginning to end, including but not limited to the following tasks:
-Interpreting geotechnical studies and survey data to properly evaluate and start preliminary designs of surface water/stormwater retention and detention systems using ICPR.
-Designing secondary stormwater collection networks, sizing pipes and manholes from preliminary stage to final design stage.
-Designing new potable water networks, TSE networks for irrigation, and wastewater pump station services to deliver effective and cost saving designs using modeling software like WaterCad.
-Preparing submittal packages throughout various design stages for permit approval in various local and state municipalities.
-Performing technical reviews on previously submitted projects currently pending county approval.

Assigned to the site office within the PMCM Division, I work closely with the clients, consultants and local authorities as part of the coordination process and various workshops. My current position is Senior Infrastructure Engineer for various phases on two major cultural and sports projects (Katara Cultural Village and Aspire Zone) in Qatar.
- Performing comprehensive technical reviews on wet utility and civil works on a diverse portfolio of Aspire-Katara projects which include design-build (D&B) and traditionally procured commercial, light-industrial and masterplan developments.

As Senior Design Engineer in the wet utilities team in the main office in Doha, Qatar, I worked closely with the local authorities, such as ASHGHAL, to coordinate various designs on different projects throughout Qatar. I was most recently assigned as senior drainage design engineer for a large highway project.
- Managed and conducted the surface water drainage design on approximately 15 kilometers of highway out of the total 95-kilometer highway expansion project (North Road Expansion).
-Responded to RFI’s and Tender Queries (TQ’s) related to the North Road and Lusail Expressway projects.

Neel-Schaffer is a multidiscipline engineering and planning firm in the Southeast region of the United States. Our office worked closely with governmental agencies such as the Department of Environmental Protection (DEP) to provide municipal services particularly in Landfill Design. Our office also conducted engineering reviews and construction inspections for the City of Lady Lake, Florida. I worked alongside two project managers as a Staff Engineer for various projects involving residential to municipal works. My duties included:
- Reviewed shop drawings, wrote specs and recommended maintenance procedures for new waste water treatment plants for the City of Lady Lake, Florida.
- Attended meetings to evaluate the construction progress of the City of Lady Lake's waste water treatment plants.
- Provided inspection services to new waste water treatment plants and prepared related reports for the City of Lady Lake, Florida.
- Prepared utility layouts and grading plans for residential and commercial projects in central Florida.

- Developed properties for large commercial clients, such as Wal-Mart, McDonald’s and Home Depot, by providing parking lot grading and drainage designs and performing building fit-outs on their plots to maximize land use.
- Designed efficient retention, detention and infiltration systems for various large residential construction contracts while implementing designs that would reduce maintenance.
- Coordinated with various governmental state, county and city agencies to meet their drainage design criteria and obtain permit approvals.
Avid Group is a firm that provides consulting services in various disciplines in the engineering field. I worked as a design engineer in the Land Development Department where I often conducted site visits as part of the preliminary design procedure. Other duties included:
- Directly coordinated with Florida’s governmental water management districts and met with various Florida County and City governmental agencies as part of the permitting process to understand, meet and enforce their design criteria in our design.

Excel Engineering is an Environmental Consulting Engineering firm that offers wastewater treatment design services to Central Florida. As a university student and a recent graduate, I contributed to the design of small residential wastewater plants and was in charge of permitting services for issuing and renewing wastewater permits to our clients. I attended meetings with the project manager to develop maintenance procedures for our clients and their wastewater treatment systems. My duties also included:
- Provided feasibility reports, conceptual plans, drainage designs and drawings for small commercial businesses in accordance to local city and state codes. This involved research and obtaining information/data by conducting site inspections.
- Reviewed plans to ensure that all designs adhere to the master plan and that local design codes in both the wastewater division and the environmental agencies are met and enforced.
- Upgraded a commercial wastewater treatment plant, for Gatorland Theme Park, from ±7, 575m³/day to ±11, 400m³/day. Project services included design, permitting and inspections.
- Provided design improvements, upgrades/expansions, permitting and inspection services for residential wastewater plants ranging from 4m³/day to 400m³/day. Services included production of conceptual plans, design modifications, reports and various plant inspections on a weekly basis.
During January 1999 – June 1999 and February 1997 – May 1998, I had two internships at TCG and IH&W. Both were engineering firms specializing in transportation engineering and planning, engineering consulting services, and landscape architecture. I completed over 20 months of internship and my duties during these months were: - Provided assistance, to the traffic engineering department, with traffic evaluations and road design while adhering to the local governmental highways standards. - Conducted cut-and-fill calculations, drainage calculations, created road cross-sections and prepared surface water packages for submission. - Gathered and interpreted traffic flow data on intersections, arterial and urban roads to calculate traffic signalization timing with the use of highway capacity software. - Prepared shop drawings for wastewater and surface water manholes for submittals. - Attended site visits and performed site inspections with senior engineers. - Reviewed and assessed drainage structure specifications. - Responded to RFI's.
