• Develop and revise comprehensive preventive maintenance schedules (daily, monthly, annual) to extend equipment lifespan and reduce unexpected failures.

• Review previous activity and reports, focus on pending and chronic problem

• Supervise the Implement machine hygiene clearance checklist after maintenance repair or preventive maintenance of machine breakdown.
• Supervise the requisition of spare parts and availability to ensure no parts shortage

• Supervise facility maintenance and monitor all projects works and coordinate the progress to Plant Manager.

• Prepare the completion of job request, contractual works and other construction according to the approved timetable, collates materials needed for construction and/or other projects and utilities requirements.
• Develop Preventive Maintenance program & Standard Operating Procedure for newly installed facility equipment in accordance to QMS.
• Monitor the electricity and water consumption of the plant in a daily basis
• Oversee and evaluate all company construction & renovation projects according to the needed requirement done by third party construction.
• Prepare & updates all documents, reports, layout plans of the company.
• Coordinate with other department in the company with regards to maintenance, construction & job request.
• Plan & initiate Preventive & Corrective action plans on Building/Facilities/Equipment.

• Responsible for overall activities of the plant that includes production personnel, facility maintenance, service Vehicle and drivers. Conduct daily tool box meeting with the all-production personnel.
• Instruction and drawings to each foreman and lead man for proper implementation of each given task
• Attend meetings with Department Head and Operation Manager to deliberate on matters regarding the improvement of the process.
• Ensure if all safety and security procedures are strictly implemented.
• Escalate problems and difficulties encountered in the Production Division
• Support and monitor site installation of the project base on the requirement of the client

• Plans supervise leads and control all activities of the maintenance engineering section thru Machinery Productive Maintenance \[MPM\] to ensure machine investment suppressed to minimum and machine capability raised to maximum by profitable maintenance.
• Conduct Monthly meeting with the President, top management and various departmental personnel to discuss current ME activities, budget result, training progress and next activity plan.
• Support and trains all maintenance staff of basic fundamental and advance knowledge in local or overseas. Create effective training system for new and senior members for career growth.
• Maintains records of maintenance activity and periodically check the standard, procedure and regulation based on actual implementation in production.
• Handles procurement activities of Direct and Indirect processing materials, assesses supplier’s quotation which will be the basis for the awarding of the project.
• Create overall fiscal budget for Indirect, Direct processing material, Furniture/supplies and machine Investment.
• Leads the analysis of maintenance data by using machine history and Index such as MTTR/MTBF/Efficiency. Propose improvement activity to eliminate chronic problem and feed back to machine design for Maintenance Prevention \[MP\]
• Determine and investigate machine trouble and implement corrective action using PDCA.
• Responsible for Internal and external audit of Machine Engineering section.
• Ensure the proper maintenance budget consumption for Breakdown, Preventive, Corrective and set-up/overhauling maintenance.
• Conduct Training for new Technician and Engineers prior endorsement to production floor.
• Ensure good housekeeping 5’s is practiced all the time; conduct safety audit and KYT training for all the process.

• Perform set-up in all SMD machine DDF, DEK, AX5, SIEMENS, KME, HELLER REFLOW. Optimize parameters to improve machine utilization and increase output.
• Perform documentation and set-up procedure to reduce mean time to set-up (MTTS). Come up with strategic plan to increase machine utilization.
• Works with line maintenance and process engineering in test and evaluations of equipment’s/ machines and establish optimum parameter to minimize machine and process downtime.

Directly handles sustaining of line operations in the back-end (SOIC/PDIP Mold Products.)
• Redesign machine parts, tools, fixtures and systems that would enhance productivity, and better working conditions.
• Coordinates with production, QA and line Maintenance or other line support groups in the formulation of programs to improve yield but at the same time will reduce production cost.
• Perform Preventive Maintenance \[PM\] to eliminate sudden breakdown
• Grasp maintenance data to analyze machine condition/performance thru MTTR/MTBF.

Conduct checking/ Inspection according to the inspection guide base on sampling plan.
• To perform incoming material inspection e.g., Plastic, carton, mechanical, electrical and preparing quality report.
• Carry out parts disposition either reject or accepted.
• Immediately notify the immediate superior for any discrepancy found for confirmation and vendor corrective action.
• Recording inspection details result into the inspection card.
• Prepares IQC daily report.
• Perform other task that may be assigned from time to time.

Analyzation of engineering drawing before starting an operation.
• Preparation of proper tools to be use and maintaining it in good performance to produce high quality products with respect to product specification.
• Responsible for the equipment checking to ensure the integrity and of product it produce.
• Complies with the proper operating procedure of safety and health standard regulation.
• Implementing 5’S

Preparing and auditing of raw materials to be use in production operation.
• Monitoring of machine from first process until the last process during operation.
• Regular checking of equipment, housekeeping, and environment condition, wiring and pipe fitting for preventive maintenance.
