a. Scope of works summary: (MEP PM/VALUATION ENGINEER)
•Regular site visit as per requirements of Progress Verification Reports if requirement will be done in
quarterly basis or as per designated frequencies of reporting.
•Preparation of required documents needed for the PVR (Performance Verification Reports) and PCR (Performance Capability ‘Report)
•PVR (Performance /verification Report) in terms of works completed comparing planned and actual accomplishment, and cumulative money received comparing with % progress achieved.,
•Incorporation in the PVR the V.O. including the costs and E.O.T. to be included in the PVR. Since it will have an impact in the completion of the project.
•In the PVR, provide statistical accomplishment between planned and actual progress so as to have clearer picture of works progress including elapsed time and remaining time to complete the project.
•Solicit from the Contractor, the following documents, Progress Reports, MOM (3), Certified payment Certificates, V.O., E.O.T, status of materials and long lead items, updated baseline program,
•Provide conclusions in terms of issues if project will be completed on time, risks being met, status of project and performance rating of the contractor so as to give tools for the banks to push the contractor in order to meet target completion dates.
•Regular meetings with the contractor to discuss prevailing problems that faces or hinder the project completions.
