• Managed a multidisciplinary team in a digital transformation project for a key Bahrain Government Institution, responsible for gathering and delivering functional requirements, structuring customer journeys and ensuring seamless collaboration between functional, technical and UX/UI teams.
• Launch of the largest bundle of new support programs to support Employment & Career Developments, expected to inject over 400 Million $ into Bahrain's economy annually.
• Initiated and submitted a groundbreaking application for the establishment of a new digital bank in Kuwait, in accordance with the latest guidelines of CBK.
• This application comprised over 35 Digital Products & Services, targeting 2 Million Expats and Kuwaiti's.
Europe
• Led a crucial PMO position, overseeing the replacement of a finance core system within one of Portugal's largest financial institutions.
• This implementation impacted the work of more than 2000 employees on a daily basis.
• Evaluated the existing organizational structure (As-Is) of an Asset Management company and formulated the
Target Operating Model (TOM).
• Successfully implemented changes resulting in annual savings of more than 250K.
• Developed and optimized customer onboarding experiences for a major Financial Institution ensuring intuitive and time saving interactions for the customers.
• Facilitated more than 10K annual bank account openings.
Africa
• Supported in compliance and reporting related to the Supervision of Credit Impairment Models in Angola
• Enabled the institution to automate its processes and establish standardized procedures for future years.
