Scope of Work :
Supervise the operation of the QA/QC function at project site by implementing the project Quality controls plans and procedure in accordance with the company QC procedures in accordance with the company QC procedures international standards and specific contract requirements.
• To lead the inspection, surveillance & monitoring of pre-cast elements activities such as: wall panel, hollow core slab, footings, beam and others pre-cast elements (installation of rebar molds & casting) for PRAINZA Pre-cast yard at DAMMAM K.S.A.
• Monitor and oversee the implementation of the Qc inspection Procedures in boarder guard area, Field service bldg. fire training ground and x-ray bldg.
• Surveillance and Monitoring of construction in backfilling, compaction & lean concreting
• Surveillance and monitoring of construction in installation of form works, rebars &anchor bolts for foundation & pedestal of sunshade foundation.
• Surveillance and monitoring of construction in perimeter wall formworks, rebars beam rebars, column, floor slab & concrete pouring.
• Surveillance and monitoring of grouting work activities
• Surveillance and monitoring of installation of auxiliary gate @gosp2, 3 and main gate Saudi Aramco GOSP Plant .

Scope of Work:
Supervise the operation of the QA/QC function at project site by implementing the project Quality controls plans and procedure in accordance with the company QC procedures in accordance with the company QC procedures international standards and specific contract requirements. To lead the inspection, surveillance & monitoring of GOSP Plant work activities such as: Inspection of 13.8KV Main substation bldg., Process Interface bldg. Operator shelter bldg. and Gas Compression bldg. at GOSP 1, 2, 3 &4.
• Submits and arrange RFI's (Request for Inspection) transmittal and checklist attachment requirements and records with attached approved IFC drawing. ITP and relevant documents to all parties concerned,
• Monitor and oversee the implementation of the QC inspection procedure.
• Surveillance and monitoring of construction and installation work activities.
• Initiate surveillance report as well internal non-conformance report (INCR) if the activities not compliance with the project specification, IFC drawing and standards.
• To reject any work not complied with or was not inspected, tested or examined if full compliance with the related requirements of the QC procedure and project specification.
