- Updating all personal information and attachment in the GOS (Samsung Engineering and Electronic System).
- Preparing Medical referral request
- Monitoring all Iqama going to expired
- Updating all new and renewed Iqama
- Handling Iqama distribution
- Preparing a monthly report from all new hired employees under probationary period and gathering all the evaluation result from their respective department manager if we will proceed their employment after the probationary period.
- Monitoring all the evaluation result to all workers and staff employee to compute how much salary increased will be given to them.
- Preparing renewal contacts and amendment contacts to all project site
- Assisting all Korean manager going to business trip under recruitment campaign and process their visa.
- Handling the maintenance and safekeeping of comprehensive office correspondence and documents, personnel files and records the preparation of manpower demobilization reports and progress reports and the processing of all personnel actions in conformity with the project site’s.
- Monitoring and implementation of head office and site rules and regulation and ensure fair employment practice, etc
- Ensure proper lines of communication from the top management down to the rank and file employees.
- Maintain registry of correspondence and filing system.
- Investigates employees complaints and grievances, explain policies procedures, rules etc.
- Distribution of renewal contract, extension contracts, amendment contracts and undertaking to all projects site’s.
- Process travel document such as visa application, transfers and extension and passport concerns.
- Processing I.D. for all Saudi employees under saudization.
- Maintains registry of correspondence and filing system
- Prepares correspondence in reply to various letters and transmittals.
- Coordinates with various project site’s department/personnel as per instruction from the general manager.
- Responsible in the preparation of daily, weekly and monthly manpower status report.
- Attending HR weekly meeting and site organization meeting to provide information when necessary.
- Conducting investigation and implemented disciplinary measures against erring employees.
- Providing the necessary advice and guidance to support the project management team in ensuring a healthy teamwork and employees relationship to obtain full potential of human resource.
- Support project site management in delivering HR strategy, through policy development
- Implementation and evaluation of initiatives particularly in the performance and empowerment of promoting healthy working strategies aim’s.
- Prepare internal memo, warning letter memo, and termination letter.
- Performs other functions as may be assigned by the general manager.
