Responsible for the approval of software requests globally through HPOV Service Manager for the availability, installation, managing, and removal to every facility of the company.
Thorough processing of software purchase that was requested by projects for their utilization, to creation, and approval.
Consultant for licenses of different software.
Managing records of requested software, maintaining its accuracy, dependability and efficiency. Records will be for reference of latest and out-dated software, also basis how projects will be charged.
Responsible for authorizing changes that was made to devices globally to every facilities of the company.
Manages Inventory System and Deployment System, used for providing updates of patch or different kinds of software to projects of the company.
Collaborates with vendors to settle requirements for software and system needed by the company.
Manages ViciDial, maintaining availability of lines for agents to keep them occupied, and maximizes the potential interval of line connects.
Deployment of outlook email account, maintains functionality and setup configuration according to email requirement.
Establishes fully operational workstations that are configured specially for certain campaigns to be utilized by agents, supervisors and executives.
Responsible for handling technical difficulties, may it be applications, equipments or other concerns.
Keeping track of equipments inventory and ensuring accuracy of its records.
Provision of SIP Accounts for agent’s utilization using soft phone for ViciDial System and network capability of workstations in coordination with Network Administrators.
Provision of applications based on clients requirements, urgent requests and update application that already exist.
Supervises newly hired IT Employees and Interns, discusses responsibilities and gives guidance all throughout.
Responsible for Vici Dial Management, Campaign and Leads Management, Equipment's Maintenance, Maintain Network efficiency, Servers Management (Primary Domain Controller, Active Directory, Domain Name System and so on), Setup and Configure Workstations, Setup networking equipments like cisco routers, different modems and its configurations. Report of work progress and update on status of tasks.
