➢ Assisting in the creation of standard recipes and techniques for food preparation and presentation to ensure high quality and minimized food costs; exercising portion control and establishing menu selling prices
Im a professionally trained and qualified chef with over 10 years of experience in the culinary field who is always ready to push my limits and increase my skills and expertise through taking up challenging tasks in ventures where it allows me to grow higher and wiser in my career and attain knowledge and better position in the kitchen brigade which ultimately would help in training and developing a younger bunch of talent along!
