Duties and Responsibilities
• In charge in the overall sales operations of LUZON area.
• Supervise the Sales Activities of DSS and DSR particularly in the area of coverage, closing of sales, sales servicing and collection.
• Continuously monitor sales performances of the individual DSS and DSR and ensure that the entire sales target per product line are met or surpassed.
• Closely Coordinate with Marketing Support Group with the end objective of harmoniously serving the pre and post-sales service requirements of the clients.
• Train DSR in order to develop them to become a productive asset to the organization.
• Conduct credit investigations and check recommendations or credit line/credit terms for submitted clients from DSR.
• Ensure that all sectors of target market and area assignments are covered by the DSR.
• Regularly review the collection status and critical accounts and institute actions to resolve them.
• Report any market situation, competitors' activities or client concerns and institute remedial or preventive measures to further improve the group's productivity and efficiency.
• Prepare and submit weekly and monthly performances of the DSR's assigned products.
• Responsible for all accountable forms of the company that are issued to the subordinate DSS and DSR.
