- Receiving and transferring phone calls, document transmittal from head office to various operational sites and vice versa,
document filling for various departments, assist suppliers as to invoice submission & payment collection, assist in receiving supply deliveries.
- Acts a liason or point person for all head office departments. Receive all visitor, guest, supplier and employee/staff inquiries via phone or in person and relay/refer to the proper concerned department.
- Creation, monitoring and closing of preventive and corrective work orders at the site in HIA.

-Account prospecting and leads identification through effective market research which includes data/info gathering, telemarketing, cold/warm calls, back door approach, referrals and other related networking activities.

-Creation and development of business proposals which includes lease/rental contracts, price negotiations, product info/line-up and services offered, terms & agreement and payment/collection details.
-Maintain and develop company image via regular or scheduled meetings/visit through presentation of updates on company profile, products/services upgrades, business track record focusing on top key accounts with highlight on customer satisfaction and reliability.
Sell and offer Shell Lubricant Products to various industrial markets.
•Plan, monitor and achieve industrial sales target for assigned market segment under power and mining industries.
•Analyse customer immediate/long term needs, business model, value drivers, challenges and opportunities to customize offers/services fit to their business operation.
•Gain knowledge of market developments, competition, industry best practice to create and promote growth opportunities.
•Carry out price negotiations, quotation proposals, technical assistance/services and supply agreements such as contracted price/discount, payment terms and collection, approved/existing credit line, stock position and delivery schedule.

•Introduce the concept of contract manufacturing to consumer companies and key trade outlets with existing brand names.
Grow and develop existing business of the company
•Monitor and handle national distributor operation in terms of marketing, sales, expenses, and profitability
•Assessment of the business area and recommend possible selling programs that would drastically increase sales volume
•Create and implement local ad and promo activities such as in-store promo (tie-ups/bundling), local advertisement, commando teams, promo girls, deal/discounts, mass displays, sub-distributor programs and incentive schemes, etc.
•Strict monitoring of all implemented programs which should be with in the budget set by the company.
Sales and promotion of ethical Pharmaceutical products
•Promote ethical medicines to MDs thru consistent coverage and detailing resulting to prescription.
•Provide networking activities to top MDs, therapeutic committees and key decision makers.
•Set up round table discussions, update presentations, film showing for newly launched products.
•Implement free clinic activities to hospital OPDs and private/government clinics.
•Implementation of scheduled trades deals or discounts to drugstores, hospital and dispensing MDs.
•Sales coordination with distributor to ensure monthly sales target.
