 Supports the Offshore IRM Production Core Crew based in Maersk Oil Qatar.
 Ensures the offshore travel of the crew as per their rotation schedule.

 Developed a macro-enabled excel file to automatically generate the timesheet summary of offshore crew, and another one to generate a report that shows the preferred airlines to use and those that are not recommended.

HR Officer (December 1, 2012 to May 3, 2014)
 Managed the recruitment of applicants, who are living in Qatar, from screening, interview, evaluation and to signing of offer letters.
 Oversaw the implementation of policies relating to personnel
 Assisted the Department Heads to take care of the movement of the personnel: promotion, layoff, transfer, resignation, retirement, etc.
 Provided current and prospective personnel with information about policies, job duties, working conditions, wages and opportunities for promotion and employee benefits
 Administered performance evaluation tools and employee recognition programs in coordination with the other departments.

Procurement Officer (December 1, 2012 to May 3, 2014)
 Handled procurement of supplies, devices, equipment and various items from local suppliers and outside Qatar.
 Handled the application for QCDD approval of fire alarm and firefighting equipment and devices

 Won the company’s first tender participation for supply and installation of fire alarm system in Qatar Aeronautical College.
 Won the bid for refurbishment of port-a-cabins in ESS-Compass Catering Services, Qatar Shell GTL in Ras Laffan.

IT Administrator (August 1, 2012 to May 3, 2014)
 Implemented, administered, maintained, and backed-up the company’s CRM system using vTiger CRM, a browser-based application.
 Implemented and administered the company’s network domain using SME 8 Server, a Linux server OS.
 Installed and configured three virtual servers using Oracle VirtualBox in one physical server with Ubuntu OS. The three servers were web server using XAMPP, Sage50 Accounting 2014 server, and SME 8 server.
