• Manages the entire process in the planning of procurement and supply chain activities, inventory control, logistics and distribution, ensuring effectively-functioning processes to avoid costly delays and lost opportunities.

• Prepares material of Demand planning (PSI) and business update meetings in which critical supply and demand issues are discusses for decisions
• Performs planning to secure sales and production visibility through improvement and stabilization of logic that provides Return To Forecast (RTF)
• Analyses problems in the Supply Chain by managing mid-long term demand and resources in advance in order to establish optimal supply chain
• Provides material in order to manage initial ramp-up and launch of each model, and effectively allocate and manage resources considering Product Life Cycle (PLC)
• Prepares Supply strategies and quantity allocation focusing on profit and loss by analyzing competitiveness of the supplier location (lead time, logistics cost, custom tariff, material costs, etc.)
• Performs stock management with consideration for lead time of each country/region in order to prevent and manage aging stock albeit in conjunction with the sales team
• Provides SCM related input for strategic annual/quarter plans, and (R)HQ presentations/reporting Complexity: In-depth understanding of GSCM as key information tool Maintain complex spreadsheets to manage overview of analysis
• Navigates between multiple departments to align objectives and get input

• Jointly and in coordination with departmental heads and colleagues, contributes in the development of the overall supply chain & logistics operational plans with on time data analysis
• Purchase, Sales and Inventory Analysis; Channel stocks monitoring; Supply and demand management; and monitoring on production plan and results
• Reviews and analyzes inventory
• Analyzes demand to minimize planning error at the chain.
• Closely working with production team (GOC) to monitor production plan and status; Production coordination by demand and supply analysis
• Monitors and tracks department related KPIs, monitors performance against plan and initiates remedial actions in case of discrepancy between actual and expected performance
• KPI Monitoring and Analysis on Sales, aging, forecast, inventory management and week of supply.
• Ensures reservation of appropriate product inventory within the system
• Ensures stock is managed in accordance with agreed SOPs and that team members are familiar with, and using IT systems appropriately
• Supports the Line Manager in ensuring that health and safety best practice is followed
• In coordination with the Operations Managers, ensures efficient and timely picking, packing and configuration of products
• Work closely with branches to ensure seamless end-to-end service from receiving inventory from suppliers to storage in warehouse and arranging final product delivery to customers
• Provides guidance, support, leadership and management to order desks in order to ensure effective and efficient flow of work
• Support the standardization and implementation of Supply Chain Management operating procedures
• Supports SCM Managers with demand and supply planning.
• Plan the weekly and monthly inbound and dispatch activity in conjunction with the line manager to deliver the needs of the customers and business
• Handles return goods authorization process according to procedures and assure proper credit is given to the customer and assures proper pricing on all customer orders.
• Inventory management and demand planning based on customer order details, committed delivery
• Maintains a good working relationship with customers by responding to all inquiries and complaints concerning work-orders, invoices, shipments, inventory counts, etc. in courteous and efficient manner.
• Acts as a liaison between the warehouse, office, and customer regarding administration of account.
• Monitor commercial issue distribution of stocks and report the same to top management for action.
• Coordinates in with SCM about customer orders and updating order book based on confirmed PFI quantity issued by HQ
• Actively monitoring stocks status with coordination to logistic warehouse team
• Updates customers for stock status on a daily basis and coordinates delivery and collection schedules of stocks for local shipments and securing airline spaces for air shipments going out of the country
• Provides feedback to relevant departments to help improve our customer experience
• Monitors inbound shipments and sharing of pre-alerts to be prioritized for GR
• Follows up with customers and relevant parties about pending payments and other necessary documents to proceed with shipments
• Investigates and resolve complaints and queries about bookings
• Respond to customer issues and raising these issues to management for action plan
• Creates Sales Order by customer code wise on a weekly basis
• Allocates stocks on a daily basis prioritizing customers with no payment issues and SKU commercial issues
• Sends of payment plan sheet as guide to each branch for payment requirement.
• Secure airline space booking for a two-week shipment plan with coordination to air freight department and logistics
• Inbound shipment monitoring / Sharing of Pre-alerts to be prioritized with logistics / GR follow-up
• Issuing commercial invoices and packing lists to customers
• Downloads IMEI numbers for mobile and camera products and sharing these data to branch and customers
• Coordinates with customers for shipment requirement & shipment request but making sure these requests and requirements are
• Issue commercial invoices to company’s 3PL and to customers
Maintains sales records as a basis for reports to the senior management team
* Prepares reports on sales by individual representatives, sales by product line and sales to individual
customers
* Coordinates deliveries to MEP accordingly
* Assists with all aspects of administrative management, directory maintenance, logistics, equipment
inventory and storage
* Manages inventory of assets and supplies and monitors critical level of stocks
* Handles contracts and maintains business communications with clients
* Manages inventory of stock and insure product adjustments are properly applied and ensures inventory
accuracy by coordinating the inventories and goods system to system information

Monitors daily stock movement; keeps records of daily transactions and do reconciliation of actual
output against quantity confirmed by production for every bottling run
* Controls the movement and storage of materials within a warehouse and process the associated
transactions, including shipping, receiving, put-away and picking
* Serves as technical leader of an inventory committee
* Leads co-workers in assuring proper documentation of every transaction in order to have a deep
control over inventory
* Examines inventory data, identify errors quickly and efficiently
* Develops and conducts methods for daily reconciliation
* Studies computer data by line item and identify discrepancies
