MEP Project Manager
 Managing and leads the MEP section, performing and overseeing the day to day function.
 Officer in Charge and supervises all Lootah Group projects in terms of MEP Works.
 Constantly interact with project managers and engineers to perform various value engineering studies and provide
recommendations for cost reduction.
 Attends Project Progress Meeting with the Client and Consultant in review and evaluation of progress of works.
 Coordinate with various Statutory Authorities like DEWA, Dubai Municipality and Civil Defense Department for the
necessary approvals and permits.
 Coordinate with technical consultants, designers and subcontractors to ensure compliance with project requirements.
 Responsible for the coordination of the works to ensure that the required quality of works is maintained and
implement appropriate safety measures at the project sites.
 Conduct inspections and meetings involving quality issues of various works.
 Review the design of the Plumbing and HVAC.
 Reviews contract documents, specifications, standards and drawings to identify the sequence of works, contract
requirements and methodology for implementation.
 Plan, monitor and control the various mechanical engineering.
 Conduct supervision and implementation of delegate works with regards to direct contract.
 Conduct and supervise testing and commissioning of all Air Conditioning units, Plumbing Works and Fire Protection
System.
 Estimation and tendering works which includes the review of tender documents, preparation of BOQ, quantity
checking, price comparison and dealing with subcontractors and suppliers.
 Contracts and procurement works which includes the review and study of contract documents, preparation of price
comparison of approved subcontractors/suppliers for material approvals.

Facility Engineer:
• Ensuring the overall preventive, corrective, routine and emergency maintenance works are carried out.
• Supervise and manage the facility & maintenance team ensuring the tasks assigned for all operations and maintenance activities are carried out in an efficient manner.
• Determining the feasibility of a project, and providing clients and management with the relevant reports.
• Provide technical support and advice on building maintenance issues
• Conducting monthly checks/ auditing of each property and identifying maintenance requirements and rectify.
• Engage and manage subcontractors and service providers ensuring that business disruptions are prevented.
• Oversee facility modifications, including obtaining estimates on equipment, labour, materials and other related costs and requirements
• Create and oversee the implementation of Annual Maintenance Contracts.
• Raise RFQs to external companies and subcontractors for Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMCs).
• Ensure that all maintenance requests are attended to within the pre-defined SLA.

Senior MEP Engineer:

Project Engineer:
• Leading the Mechanical Engineering Section and performing, overseeing the day to day function of the Project assigned.
• Plan, monitor and control the various mechanical engineering for the assigned Projects.
• Interact with clients, consultants and agencies in regards to the submissions and their approvals, in coordination with Project Managers for the assigned Projects.
• Responsible for extracting the output from your sub-ordinates (draughtsman) and current specialist suppliers.
• Coordinate with other discipline engineer for the preparation of coordinated shop drawings.
• Constantly interact with project managers, engineers, perform various value engineering studies and provide recommendations for cost reduction, for the assigned projects.

Design Engineer/Site Coordinator:
• Coordinator for plumbing design and site installation.
• Performs duties and responsibilities of the Site Engineer during his absence.
• Responsible on the monitoring of CAD draughtsman to ensure that the scheduled dates of submission are being achieved.
• Prepares the shop drawing based on the design of the concerned consultant.
• Prepare and submit the DEWA Application for water and prepare all requirements for Approval of metering.
• In-charge in the preparation of AS-built drawings, which includes also the coordination to site engineers and foremen on site.
• Prepare and issue the needed drawings with reference to the specified requirements and internal documentations.
• Design Pumps, boilers, calorifiers, water heaters and other equipment for plumbing including its calculations.

Production/Design Engineer :
• Responsible for the Trial of new Parts/Products of the company.
• Prepare drawings of the new Parts/Products.
• Conduct countermeasure/ troubleshooting.
• Create CNC LATHE MACHINE program for the new parts/products.
• Coordinate with different suppliers for the accurate design of the products.
• Prepare reports and records on plant processes.
• Follows prescribes safety precautions.
• Attend meeting, conferences and workshop as requested and authorized.

Maintenance/Facility Engineer:
• Responsible in the Operation and Maintenance of Generator Power Plant, Water Treatment and High Capacity Boiler.
• Conduct regular preventive and corrective maintenance on all equipment and machineries such as pumps, gear box, filter tanks, cooling towers, heat exchangers, air compressors, oil filters, exhaust fans, greasing of all linkages, bearings, oil replenishment/change oil air compressor.
• Record and monitor operating variables such as water level, air and water flow meter reading, motorized valve and makes necessary adjustment to keep all parameters within standard range.
• Keep records consumption and delivery and other relevant information that may be use for future references.
• Collect process sample for laboratory testing and analysis including prescribed discharge sample.
• Adjust plant processes in accord with establish process parameters and procedures.
• Prepare reports and records on plant processes.
• Prepare maintenance schedule and trouble reports.
• Follows prescribes safety precautions.
• Attend meeting, conferences and workshop as requested and authorized.
• Reporting to Maintenance and Facility Manager.
