- Act as a Tiffany ambassador and carry out store operations to support the store in achieving its sales
- Carry out operations tasks including opening and closing procedures. Assist with facilities repairs and
communicate with store team
- Execute best practices by optimizing hospitality and store amenities to create unique experiences and
take action and client feedback

Attend clients at the boutique, listen to client’s needs and provide them with all the possible options
for their choice, implementing Customer Service action plan provided by Retail Management,
-Ensure the follow-up of the main indicators linked to after sales service, such as weekly check up
with our main workshop on the statuses of the repair process, and clients are updated accordingly in case
of delays or unforeseen circumstances
-Maintain relationships with key customers by informing them of latest fashion trends, as well as advising customers on the latest fashion trends during sales process
-Build VIP client database by acquiring new customers as well as enhancing relationships with current
clients
-Assist with monthly stock takes and the tagging of merchandise
