Supervised and managed a team of engineers in the engineering and technical section in relation to design study, planning, cost estimation, Prepares project techincal specification and project cost, projects monitoring and cost control, project evaluations, and supervisions. Assist the Project Director in the project study and development, attend monthly meeting with the contractors to resolve issues and to expedite the early completion of the project. Evaluate and approve all contarctor's submittals (pre-planning, plans, materials, specialty works, designs and other related engineering works).
