Perform business analysis support, problem research and planning solutions for InforLN Financials, Logistic and SFC modules. Prioritize, troubleshoot and resolve day to day issues in accordance with helpdesk queuing system (MS System Center Service Manager 2012).
Strong LN customizations for new sessions/scripts, forms and reports using Baan/LN Scripting.
Design and developed business intelligence reports using BIRT and IntelliVIEW Report Designer.
Developed and implemented automated Productions Orders using Baan AFS/DLL scripting.
Perform Infor LN ERP Administrations tasks:
Install new instance of Infor LN on Windows 2008 Server/SQL Server 2008 R2 environment.
Backup/Restore of LN components and databases for new system setup/testing.
Create LN users and give authorizations.
Exchange scheme and Tools development using Baan/LN Scripting.
Create VRC, Package and Modules for new setup (new implementation/upgrade).
Create DEM for user’s process browser based on roles’ defined.
Support Infor ION users.
Demo custom /standard functionality to process owners for acceptance and deployment.
Coordinating module part implementation activities to meet other business needs.
Support daily Baan/LN issues and interact with low, middle and top group employees for the site group and suggest process improvements.
Involve in all internal companywide InforLN modules implementations and versions upgrade.
Prepare and documents training materials for new LN users and do the training as well.
Prepare and documents User’s Requirements for new program or LN sessions/reports, Change Management, Release Notes and User’s Acceptance Test.
1. Providing first line support and analysis for BaaN IVc4 users by giving solutions on errors and problems encountered in the BaaN system including reports customization.
2. Totally focused on the analysis of business systems used in the company and making sure that users received and used the right applications and tools they needed to become more productive in their respective lines.
3. Assist the manager in the preparations of yearly budget in relations to hardware, software and preventive maintenance of the system.
4. See to it that periodical systems check-up and daily back-ups are done in place by the system administrators and that the data center is up and running.
5. See to it that systems security is not being compromised in and out of the company.
