Manage the day to day operation of the Building Facility operation from Soft services to hard services of the building.
Conduct routine building site inspection and attend tenants complain and maintenance request.
Facilitate and initiate plans for the initiative of Cost saving of maintenance operation expenditure and Energy saving.
Initiate and plan for improvement of equipment operation.
Conduct monthly meeting and lecture to the site operation team to update the skills and site issues and assessment to improve better services to the tenants and building Owner.
E & M Installation services for the Metro station.
HVAC services (Ducting and Chilled Water network), Potable Water supply lines, Sewer and
Waste Water Drainage System and Fire Fighting Water System and FM 200 System for Electrical
and Communication system and Lighting fixture and Sanitary Fixtures.
Responsible for the site coordination of E & M works to all concerned parties on the project to
ensured the smoothly works with rest of the site activities.
Oversaw the day to day E & M installation works of the subcontractor to ensure they execute
the works in accordance with the Project specification, Approved Shop Drawings and Method
Statement & Procedures.
Handled two stations simultaneously in terms of site coordination and supervision of all E & M
Works to all concerned parties at the project.
