Completes store operational requirements by scheduling and assigning employees; following up on work results.
•Identifies current and future customer requirements by establishing rapport with potential and actual customers and other persons in a position to understand service requirements
•Directs cash management operations to include daily cash administration, management of current accounts and bank relations.
•Reviews and drives improvements in cash and retail management, ensuring financial obligations are met in accordance with Company policies and procedures.
•Completes all cash management set-up documentation for new and existing department processes; prepares correspondence and proposals directed to and for cash management.
•Monitors cash transactions to ensure that bank account balances to the report and any unusual items are investigated.
•Forecasts, monitors and tracks cash flow (weekly, monthly, quarterly etc.).
•Prepares cash flow reports and identifies and evaluates variances.
•Assists with project assignments and financial reporting.
Planning, organizing and supervising the overall retail activities.
•Supervising daily performance and accordingly take corrective actions in order to achieve the set target
•Forecasting, supervising & managing merchandise range levels, placing orders and reorders.
•Implementing annual promotional calendar in conjunction with business management.
•Organizing and monitoring layout and merchandising of the stores as per the brands standards.
•Supervising launch & advertisement campaigns.
•Working closely with the staff to ensure that the objectives are met, maximizing sales and the operation profitability.
•Training & Ensuring control of staff to maintain discipline and schedule the staff to cover properly the floor
•Planning and conducting market survey on regular basis by using experience and initiative and make recommendations to the brand team.

•Achieves financial objectives by preparing an annual budget; scheduling expenditures; analyzing variances; initiating corrective actions.

•Ensures availability of merchandise and services by approving contracts; maintaining inventories.

•Secures merchandise by implementing security systems and measures.
