 Food market studies. (Competition activities, pricing, new brands…)
 Running the initiative meetings with the team.
 Sharing reports with principals upon agreement.
 Suggest and discuss offers with the principals.
 Reports analyses.
 Intervention in food stock transfers between warehouses to reduce the out of stock OOS.
 Discuss Marketing plan and budgets with principals.
 In charge of liquidation plans.
