Lecturing regular diploma and bachelor courses, training technicians and operators sent by the local petrochemical companies, develop course material for both regular and industrial programs, evaluating trainees and students after finishing cooperative training programs, being part of many departmental and college committees, participate in seminars, workshops and conferences, evaluation of candidates' CVs and interviewing short listed applicants and development of the bachelor degree program in Chem. Eng. and new major of Environmental Science & Technology.
Lecturing, contribution to vocational courses, course material evaluation, equipment commissioning, taking strong role in research conducted in department, engagement in the delivery of post graduation courses, participation in seminars, workshops and conferences, being part of many departmental and college committees.
I was involved almost in all academic activities such as but not limited to; teaching, research, curriculum development, vocational training, industrial liaison, being part departmental committies.
Advising new students about the courses in the School of Applied Sciences. Also, assisting other colleagues with different types of requests that are related to the school, and handling and arranging the paper work involved.
Utility consumption, inter-process heat exchange network and minimum energy targeting adviser in a project of design and optimization of process equipment, specifically absorption columns and heat engines, for the recovery of carbon and nitrogen oxides in a closed loop in order to generate power with Zero CO2 emission using renewable bio-fuel.
Working as part of a team to pack-up the running of the water treatment and desalination processes, as well as giving advice and assist in trouble shooting unusual equipment problems. Also, handling a long term assignment to investigate and optimize the conditions to develop a new technique for Killing Microorganism by using pressurized Carbon Dioxide.
