•Develop a deep understanding of the technical and business challenges that clients face, then identifies opportunities to increase sales of related products and services.
•Achieve growth and hitting sales targets by successfully managing the sales team.
•Design and implementing a strategic sales plan that expands company's customer base and ensure it's strong presence
•Monitor and analyze competitor activities to assess threats to important clients.
•Use the account knowledge for setting revenue targets and identifying resources needed to meet them.
•Provide valuable information across business units to execute company standards.
•Look for trends, handle problems and analyze communications, contracts and negotiations.

•Build and strengthen relationships with partners for more profitability.
•Complete shop operational requirements by scheduling and assigning employees; following up on work results.
•Handle the job of successfully coordinating and supervising the everyday functions of the Shop
•Manage the regular activities of the staff employees who are involved in the merchandising and marketing of the services and products.
•Maintain relationships with Costumers/vendors/suppliers•Responsible for maintaining customer satisfaction for every service supplied by the shop to the consumers.
•Ensure that the monthly sales targets and other business objectives are met with the help of the proper management and organization techniques.
•Maintain a timely interaction with the clients and establishes professional relationships with the new customers, so as to ensure a growth in the overall sales.
•Make sure that there are sufficient monthly replenishments.
•Perform the duty of enforcing procedures that are dedicated for stock control.
•Maintain the stability and reputation of the shop by complying with legal requirements.
•Determine marketing strategy changes by reviewing operating and financial statements and departmental sales records.
•Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.

•Set targets for stores, Monitor and react to sales drops and increases by taking immediate actions
•Create events to generate additional sales throughout the year
•Implement a marketing plan adapted to the market based on the brand’s marketing plan
Get additional support from the brand in terms of marketing elements and contribution
Define the right stock assortment according to the retail environment
Define ordering budget, Place orders with the brands
Identify the right inventory levels in the stores and in the warehouse and dispatch the goods to the pointsof sale
Prepare the P&L Budget for the following year and get it approved by the GM
Take necessary actions to reach the budgeted net profit set by the management
Negotiate with suppliers for increased margin and contribution to improve gross margin
Develop relationship with the sales staff, supervisors and managers
Maintain contact with customers
Monitor the proper implementation of the marketing plan, stock levels, merchandising guideline
Coordinate sales team by managing schedules, filing important documents and communicating relevant information
•Ensure the adequacy of sales-related equipment or material
•Respond to
complaints from customers and give after-sales support when requested
•Store and sort financial and non-financial data in electronic form and present reports
•Handle the processing of all orders with accuracy and timeliness
•Inform clients of unforeseen delays or problems
•Monitor the team’s progress, identify shortcomings and propose improvements
