Job Duties:
•Performing specialized mechanical repair and overhaul work on marine engines, outboard motors, and other related system
•Execute the various required repair / installation / dismantling processes of turbine projects
•Provide assistance to mechanic in installing and repairing machinery and component as well as fabrication of equipment
•Services main engines/generators like Nigata, Wartsila, Sulzer, BMW, Caterpillar and Cummins Engines
•Repair all valves, pump, shafts, steering gearbox, changing propeller such as FPP, CPP, Z-pellers, FP-rudder, bow thruster installation
•Provide maintenance supply to DEWA, ENOC, Total Lubricant for sea water pump, deep hole pumps, shell heat exchangers, column water, turbines, boiler bag air filters
•Changing conveyor rollers, belts/chain and overhaul gearbox, changing oil, greasing hydraulic host and pipe
•Ability to work individually as well as under supervision for a prolonged period by following safety measures
•Maintain strong business relationship with all clients and stakeholders by providing great customer service and quality technical services

Job Duties:
•Discuss equipment issues, maintenance plans, and work performed with customers
•Perform routine engine maintenance, such as lubricating parts and replacing spark plugs
•Troubleshoot and perform repair for minor issues of engine
•Coordinate with chief engineer for engine issues covered with warranty
•Test and inspect engines for malfunctioning parts
•Repair or replace worn, defective, or broken parts
•Reassemble and reinstall components and engines following repairs
•Keep records of inspections, test results, work performed and parts used
•Monitor and maintains all consumables and process order if necessary.

Job Duties:
•Advise management on overall productivity and daily fuel consumption of the FARP fuel mission as it pertains to the customer’s needs and requests in addition to the PWS
•Direct helicopters to refueling points using proper air marshaling signals IAW STANAG 3117 FS (Edition 8) and ATP 3‐04.94, Appendix A
•Conduct hot and cold refueling operations ensuring all safety procedures and SOP are followed
•Monitor and maintain amount of physical inventory. Ensure usage calculations, service times and fuel amounts of receipts and issues are maintained and properly documented
•Conduct daily gauging on vehicles and bulk storage IAW FM 10‐67‐1 and DLA policies
•Conduct Aqua Glow, Millipore, API, Specific Gravity, Temperature, and Visual Samples IAW the Quality
•Control/ Quality Assurance Plan
•Adhere to all Fire, Safety and Environmental Regulations/ Procedures IAW SCP and SOP
•Inspect all fuel shipment trucks for all necessary documentation, seals, amount, and downloading equipment prior to excepting and offloading fuel
•Perform maintenance on FARP Tactical Airfield Fuel Dispensing System (TAFDS)
•Conduct refueling aircraft IAW Safety, Fire, EPA, Army, IATA, and SOP
•Provide daily safety and mission sessions to ensure safely meeting the fuel mission IAW the SOW
•Maintain and repair electrical power.
•Troubleshoot various mechanical and electrical problems on site.
•Performs regular scheduled service and load testing as per maintenance contracts.
•Conduct additional duties as directed by supervisory personnel
